The compound interest calculator is an educational illustration tool only. It uses simplified assumptions and does not account for taxes, fees, inflation, or market volatility. Results are illustrative only and should not be relied upon for investment decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Day Publishing, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the website, the book, the official guide, presentations, content, tools, curriculum, or related resources.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Day Publishing, LLC for any claim arising out of or relating to the website, the book, the official guide, or related resources shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to Day Publishing, LLC during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00).

The limitations and exclusions in this section apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and survive termination of these Terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, the book, the official guide, presentations, content, tools, curriculum, or related resources shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its applicable rules.

You and Day Publishing, LLC waive any right to a jury trial. Arbitration shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction, including state or federal courts located in Indiana.
